Papaya Shrimp Salad Mix
- 5.5g Silver Almonds
- 1.25oz Avacado
- 1 cup cubed papaya
- 85g (3 cups) Spring Mix Salad
- 130g peppers, yellow, red, orange (cut up)
- 5.2oz cooked shrimp
In a large bowl or container put 3 cups of Spring Mix Salad in, add in peppers, avacado, shrimp, papaya and sprinkle silver almonds on top.
You don’t need to put any dressing in it because you can get plenty of flavors from the avacados and papaya! This salad can easily be changed, you can add more or less of any ingredient depending on your flavor preferences. Happy Eating!
