Review By Brandi: “I thought the recipe was good. I really liked it. Has a pretty strong lemon-y taste to it so depending on if you like that or not. This also may depend on if you use fresh lemon or “Real Lemon” out of the bottle (which is what I used).
The soup also has quite a bit of texture to it, so depending on what is palatable to you, you may want to test in between blending to see how smooth you like it. Keeping in mind that it will probably never be completely smooth. Loved the flavours of cumin and lemon together. The nice thing about this soup is that once you’ve made it, you’ll know next time if you want to add more of something (spices) or less, as it’s easy enough to do.
